The
Manage News page allows you to keep your members up-to-date on club happenings by creating news items that will display on the club and member home pages.
To manage club news, click on
Manage News on the Coordinator drop down menu.
Click the
Add News button to add a new news item or click the subject of a news item in the list to edit that item.
In the News Item dialog box:
In the
Date box, select the date of the news item.
In the
Subject box, enter the short description of the news item.
In the
News Content box, enter the full text of the news item.
Check the
E-mail this news item to all active members if you want to e-mail the news item to all active members of your club. The e-mail will be sent only if you click the
Save button.
Click
Save to save the news item, or
Cancel to discard the changes.
In the News Item grid:
Click the
e-mail icon to e-mail a news item to all active members of your club.
Click the red
X to permanently delete the news item.
